RETURN POLICY
- Products may be returned, exchanged, or refunded if they are in their original condition and returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returns initiated 16–30 days after the delivery date will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery date are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
**Products that have been swatched, cut, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns or exchanges.**
- Sale items: All sale items are final and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
- Samples: Samples are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Remnants and scrap leathers: These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Products that have been cut, damaged, or altered are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
**Important Note: All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.**

When returning an item, the following options are available:
Prepaid Shipping Label: A $15 fee for the return label will be deducted from your refund.
Preferred Courier: You may return the item using your own shipping method to receive the full refund.
In-Store Returns: Items may be returned in-store free of charge.
Additional Option: Expedited shipping can be requested for an additional cost.

When initiating an exchange, you have the following options:
Prepaid Return and Exchange Labels:
- A total of $30 will be deducted from your refund or charged for both the return ($15) and outbound exchange shipping ($15).
Preferred Courier for Return:
- You may use your preferred courier for the return. A $15 fee for outbound exchange shipping will be invoiced separately.
- In-Store Exchanges:
- Exchanges can be completed in-store free of charge.
Additional Option: Expedited shipping is available upon request at an additional cost.

When requesting a refund, customers can choose one of the following return shipping options:
- Prepaid Return Shipping Label: A $15 fee for the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Preferred Courier for Return: You may return the product using your preferred courier service. No shipping fee will be deducted, and you will receive the full eligible refund.
- In-Store Returns: Items may be returned in-store free of charge, with eligible refunds processed immediately.
Additional Option: Expedited shipping is available for returns upon request at an additional cost.
**Important Note: Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is processed.**
