Our recycled leather backing is the perfect material to use for making bags, small leather goods, wallets, and other leather crafts that would require a touch of stiffness. Both sides of the interfacing are not backed and can be glued to either leather or suede depending on the desired finished product.
Our leather backing is eco-friendly as its made from composting leather waste from tanneries around the world. It comes by the yard - the more you buy, the more you save!
Please note that due to the width of the material, it ships as panels of 1 yard. If you order 3 yards, you will get 3 panels of 1 yard each rolled on a tube together.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Most leathers on our website may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Received products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We currently offer two return options:
Option 1: Receive a pre-paid UPS Ground return label from us. Cost for the return label depends on the total amount of the order. Costs for the return labels as of July 1, 2025 are as follows:
All orders up to $250: $19.99
All orders between $250-500: $29.99
All orders between $500-$1,000: $39.99
All orders above $1,000: $49.99

All other products are returnable with no restocking fee.
